New Administrative and Development Coordinator
We are very excited to announce that Susan Kolle has joined our CMS family. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing as well as a California Multiple Subject Credential. Susan has extensive experience as an events manager and being in an educational environment. Her email is Susank@countrymontessori.org
Food Drive/Feeding San Diego
Thank you to all the families who helped support our Feeding San Diego Food Drive. With your help we were able to donate 721 pounds of food to the food bank. A big thank you to all the families who were also able to attend the sorting event at the food bank. On December 12th, a group of CMS families and staff traveled to the Feeding San Diego Warehouse and helped prepare and sort food to be distributed across San Diego County. Our group helped pack 4,894 pounds of oranges and 1,500 pounds of tomatoes for various programs like the School Pantry programs that serve local San Diegans experiencing hunger.

Winter Break Child Care
Winter break child care is canceled due to insufficient sign ups. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that this notice will allow you time to make alternative arrangements.
Lunch Orders Starting January
It is once again time to sign up for hot lunches if you wish to receive or continue receiving lunch delivery. Lunch ordering will open on RenWeb on Wednesday December 11th. Please place your order at your earliest convenience to ensure lunches are ready to go when we return from winter break.
Lunches must be ordered a minimum of 1 week prior to be included in the following week’s lunch order. This is to ensure that we have time to process order and submit to our vendor.
The daily lunch menu is listed across multiple weeks. ONLY add a single item on a single week to sign up. Lunch orders are set for January through June.

From home page select Student Information
Select Lunch
Click Create Web Order
List of lunch options will display starting on 12/11 (this is to allow ordering, lunches begin on January 13th).
Select lunch you want by inputting 1 for quantity for the item you want
- Only order one item per day of week
Bottom of page will show the total for all lunch items order
Once all you lunch selections are made click Order Items
Lunch Orders are paid at the time of placing the order. Your lunch order is not completed until the electronic bank transfer payment is processed.
CMS Walk-a-thon
This year’s Walk-a-thon was an amazing success. We are so grateful for our wonderful CMS community, your support and generosity is unparalleled. Thanks to your efforts we were able to raise upwards of $18,000 this year. Thank you all so much for your commitment to the CMS community.
