School Pictures
Sumner Photography has sent your child(s) picture proofs via email. Please click on the link to view the photographs taken. Please choose a photo for the yearbook by February 11th, even if you are not going to purchase any photographs. If you did not receive an email please check your spam folder, or if you need help on their website, please contact Sumner Photography Customer Service Department at help@sumnerphotography.net or 800-440-2002.
Moving Up Night
On February 25th we will be hosting a virtual parent education event for our families who have students that will be eligible for kindergarten, first and fourth grade for the 2021-22 academic school year. Presentations will be given by our incredible CMS teachers in your perspective levels as well as an alumni speaker. Highlights of our kindergarten, lower elementary and upper elementary programs will be explained with a Q & A session afterwards. When we return from the President’s week, Zoom link invitations will be sent out for this event. The teachers are very excited to share their passion and knowledge of Montessori education and their programs with you!
President’s Week
CMS will be closed for President’s Week, February 15-19th. Child care will not be available, unless you have already signed up. Due to strict county and state COVID child care regulations we are currently full.
CMS Enrollment Opens March 1st
Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year will be opening on Monday March 1st. Existing CMS families who complete their enrollment packet by March 14th will receive priority registration for the upcoming school year. Existing families will receive a notification email when enrollment is available in their Parent Portal (RenWeb).
Parking Lot Safety Reminders
When exiting the school parking lot during arrivals and dismissals please turn right onto Monte Vista Road.

It is imperative to keep an open dialogue with us regarding illnesses and travel. We are all in this together and want to keep our students, families, staff and school healthy to the extent possible. Please let us know if you plan to travel or if anyone in your household has been exposed to, has COVID or has symptoms.
Please notify the office if your student will not be in class or is sick. Should your child be sick all families need to inform the office and we will provide further mandated guidance. When our students are sick we want them to rest so virtual class is not permitted during illnesses.
